BLS & CPI from Crisis Prevention Institute required. RTO due at the time of submission. Only allowing 4 days max of RTO due to this being a shorter assignment. Block schedules will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday. Looking for an RN with 2+ years of experience. Floating is required. If floated to a Med/Surg or Tele unit, they will be working with helping hands. This is where they help answer call lights or help patients go to the restroom, etc. Must be able to draw blood and manage IVs. Epic experience within the last 12 months is required. Must have an accredited degree through the ACEN or CCNE to be considered. Unit Description: BLS Required and CPI from Crisis Prevention Institute Required. Floating required. Located in our Behavioral Health Pavilion, this is a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric unit specializing in individuals with a history of drug and alcohol use. Most RNs on this unit will be caring for patients with Ratios: 1:5. They can go up to 8 (very rarely). Usually 3 RNs on the unit. No charge experience required. If floated to MS or TELE they would float to helping hands. Only allowing 4 days of RTO. 2+ years of recent experience is required. Interview required.
