Job Title: Registered Nurse First Assistant Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: RNFA Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:30 - 19:55) Experience: Minimum 3 years in scrubbing and circulating in the operating room License: Valid State License required Certifications: BLS, CRNFA Must-Have: Proficiency in robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, orthopedic/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology. Previous charge experience is preferred. Description: Candidates must be proficient in robotics and various surgical specialties. Three years of experience in scrubbing and circulating as an RN in the operating room is required. Candidates should be prepared for call duty including kidney call rotation. Must commit to working three of the five holidays each year. Submission of references covering one year of experience during the compliance process is required. Travelers may be required to float between nearby facilities. Failure to comply with scheduling requests may result in termination of the contract. Communication devices may be provided by the client as needed for the assignment. All time spent on required training modules is non-billable and accounted for during the onboarding process.
