Travel Nurse RN - Registered Nurse First Assistant - $3,744 per week in Rochester, NY

Job Title: Cardiac OR RNFA Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of cardiac RNFA experience License: NYS RN license Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, CNOR Must-Have: - 2 years of cardiac RNFA experience - AHA BLS certification - AHA ACLS certification - CNOR certification - Telemetry experience Description: The Cardiac OR RNFA position requires the ability to assist with chest exposure and closing. Candidates must be able to independently perform vein harvesting for CABG procedures. While it is preferred to have first assisting experience in DaVinci robotic cases, it is not required. Candidates should be able to scrub and circulate complex cardiac cases, which may include CABGs, structural heart cases, minimally invasive procedures, and heart failure cases. Experience in heart transplants is preferred but not mandatory. On-call responsibilities will be required as per unit needs. Shifts will primarily be on weekdays from 7 AM to 7 PM and 11 AM to 11 PM.
