Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) in surgical procedures
• Follow a template schedule with shift lengths varying based on departmental needs
• Take call coverage approximately 3 weekends per month
• Provide holiday coverage as required based on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Certified or credentialed as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA or STFA)
• Ability to take weekend call (approximately 3 weekends per month)
• Flexibility to work varying shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours)
• Willingness to work holidays as needed based on staffing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
• Experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment with variable scheduling
