Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, 4x10 | No weekends | No holidays | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures, including suturing and wound closure
• Provide quality first-assist care in a fast-paced Operating Room environment
• Support General, GU, and Orthopedic surgical cases
• Navigate multiple computer systems, including EPIC EMR, to support patient care documentation
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to adapt to dynamic surgical situations
• Function effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative surgical team

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with RNFA or CSFA designation
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CNOR, and CSFA
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an RNFA in an OR setting
• Flu vaccination required for assignments running November 1 – April 1 (exemptions subject to client approval)
• Call requirements apply; expectations to be discussed at interview

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to scrub in addition to first-assist duties
• Experience with General, GU, and Orthopedic surgical specialties
• Comfort navigating multiple computer systems in a high-volume OR environment
