## Job Description
Join our innovative, state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation hospital dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence and enhance their quality of life following injury or illness. We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team.
### Position Details:
- **Role:** Registered Nurse (RN)

- **Shifts:**
- Day: 7 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night: 7 PM – 7:30 AM
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** M-F EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ROTATION
- **Call Requirements:** NO
- **Float Requirements:** NO (Schedule within two floors)
### Unit Information:
- **Number of Beds:** 62
- **Patient Ratios:**
- RN/LPN: 6-7:1
- CNA: 10:1
- **Equipment:** Cerner, Omnicell
- **EHR Experience Required:** MUST HAVE CERNER EXPERIENCE
- **Patient Population:** Adults and Geriatric Rehabilitation Patients
### Required Qualifications:
- **Licensure:** RN LICENSE, BLS, BSN
- **Experience:** 2+ years (NO NEW GRADS)
- **Must Have Skills:**
- Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
- Medical-Surgical (MED-SURG)
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Step Down
- Wound Care
- Respiratory Treatment (BiPAP, CPAP)
