Job Description:
- **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN)
- **Specialty:** Rehabilitation
- **Shift:** Nights (1845 - 0715)
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Rotation:** M-F every other weekend
- **Call Requirements:** No
- **Patient Ratios:** 6:1 RN; 7:1 LPN
- **Number of Beds:** 14-28 (Expansion planned for second unit on the same floor!)
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) experience
- Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) experience
- **Equipment Familiarity:**
- Cerner (must have experience)
- Omnicell
- **Patient Population:**
- Adults (18+ years)
- Conditions include stroke, brain injury, amputation, multi-trauma, hip fracture, spinal cord injury, debility, and cardiac issues
**Additional Information:**
- **Supervisor:** Stephanie Lilly, Nurse Manager
- **Scrub Color:** Navy Blue
- **Time to Report:** 6:45 AM or 6:45 PM
- **Parking:** Available at the back or side of the building
