Travel Nurse RN - Rehab - $1,915 per week in Lima, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1+ years of LTC and/or Rehab RN experience License: Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: Excellent customer service skills Ability to exhibit patience and tact with all constituents, including physicians, patients, and associates Cooperative and collaborative mindset Ability to work efficiently in stressful situations Ability to apply healthcare principles and practices using independent judgment Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the care of assigned patients during the shift. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria and nursing processes. The RN assists in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff and coordinates patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Patient and family education is a key component, along with utilizing resources to prepare patients for discharge. Flexibility with work schedule changes is necessary, and the RN may be required to be on call as per department requirements. The RN must float to all units within skill level as needed.
