Key Responsibilities of the RN - Rehabilitation- Provide comprehensive care to rehabilitation and med/surg patients
- Assist in wound care and patient transfers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care
- Utilize EMR systems effectively for patient documentation
- Float between Spalding campuses as needed
Requirements of the RN - Rehabilitation- Minimum 1-year current acute care experience as a Rehab or M/S RN
- BLS certification
- Prior experience with rehab patient population preferred
- IV and blood draw skills are advantageous
