Travel Nurse RN - Rehab - $1,970 per week in Madison, WI

**Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Rehabilitation Team!** - **Position Information:** - **Role:** RN - **Specialty:** Inpatient Rehab - **Shift:** 12-hour shifts, 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. - **Weekend Hours:** Every other weekend and holiday rotations - **Call Requirements:** Yes - **Required Certifications:** BLS - **Experience Needed:** 1+ year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or 24/7 skilled care environment - **Preferred:** Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity - **Unit Profile:** - **Number of Beds:** 49 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:7 - **Equipment:** Mobility equipment including ceiling lifts, Sara Stedy and Sara Plus, slide boards, vital machines, EKG machine, BGM, computers for charting - **EHR:** EPIC - **Nurse Manager:** Liz Buroker - **Patient Population:** Adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services with high acuity needs - **Additional Information:** - Our inpatient rehab hospital operates at a high acuity, functioning similarly to a medical-surgical unit. - All nurses are expected to assist C.N.As and answer call lights to ensure patient safety. - Attendance Policy: Adhere to internal attendance and tardy policy. - Scheduling and Time Keeping: 30-minute breaks are mandatory unless otherwise approved. Staff must clock out for 30 minutes each shift and will have two 15-minute paid breaks for each 12-hour shift.
