Travel Nurse RN - Rehab - $2,093 per week in Napa, CA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 16:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Valid Nursing license required Certifications: Required certifications in Basic Life Support Must-Have: 1 year of Rehabilitation experience Description: Start date: ASAP First time traveler candidates are welcome. Weekend shifts are required, every other weekend. Patient ratios are typically 5:1. The average daily census is approximately 10 patients. The unit consists of 7 rooms with a total of 14 beds. Candidates may be required to float to other units as needed. Call may be required depending on patient census. Candidates must have experience with patient care in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting. Patients participate in 3 hours of therapy daily, which includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Special equipment used in the unit includes lift devices. Travelers may be expected to float between facilities. Refusal to float may result in the termination of the assignment. Housing options in the area may be limited. Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. References covering 1 year of experience are required.
