**Job Description:**
- **Position Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)
- **Shift:** 1845-0715 (Nights)
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Patient Population:** Adults (18+ years) with conditions such as strokes, brain injuries, amputations, multi-trauma, hip fractures, spinal cord injuries, debility, and cardiac issues
- **Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 14-28
- **Patient Ratios:** 6:1 RN; 7:1 LPN
- **Equipment Used:** Cerner, Omnicell
- **EHR Experience Required:** Must have Cerner experience
- **Position Requirements:**
- **Required Certifications:** RN License, BLS
- **Years of Experience:** 1+ (No new grads)
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:** Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF), Med-Surg
- **Team Environment:** Thrive in a transdisciplinary team model
- **Work Schedule:**
- **Rotation:** Every other weekend (M-F)
- **No Call Requirements**
- **First Day Instructions:**
- **Scrub Color:** Navy Blue
- **Time to Report:** 6:45 AM or 6:45 PM
