Travel Nurse RN - Rehab - $2,192 per week in Madison, WI

Job Title: Rehabilitation Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Inpatient Rehab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environments, preferred Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 13 WEEKS EPIC EXPERIENCE Med-Surg or inpatient rehab experience Description: Join our rehabilitation team, focused on maximizing health, function, and quality of life. The role involves working with a diverse patient population requiring acute inpatient rehabilitation services. A comprehensive understanding of physical medicine and rehabilitation is essential. The environment can be high acuity, functioning similarly to a medical surgical unit. All staff are required to support Certified Nursing Assistants and assist with patient care for safety. Patient ratios are 1 nurse to 7 patients. Mobility equipment includes ceiling lifts, slide boards, vital machines, EKG machines, and computers for charting. Experience with an Electronic Health Record system is required. Our aim is to support patients in achieving their highest level of recovery and facilitate a safe return home as soon as possible. Weekend and holiday rotations will be part of the schedule. Attendance and punctuality are vital to maintaining team efficiency and patient care standards. 30-minute breaks are mandatory, with two paid 15-minute breaks for each 12-hour shift.
