Must-Have:
- Experience with TBI, burns, and transplant patients
- Competence in managing LVAD, disability, stroke, and breathing treatments
- Ability to provide chest tube care, CPAP/BiPAP, and trach care
- Proficient in managing Impella, drains, feeding tubes, and fistulas
- Experience with PICC, central lines, and ports
- Knowledge of wound vacs, bone marrow transplant care, general, hematology, and oncology
- Understanding of medications including antiseizure, insulin, and heparin
Description:
Responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit.
Manage and monitor patients with traumatic brain injuries, burns, and transplants.
Administer breathing treatments and manage respiratory devices.
Perform chest tube care and trach care effectively.
Handle complex medical devices such as Impella and drainage systems.
Assist with feeding tubes and fistula management.
Utilize PICC lines, central lines, and ports for patient treatment.
Provide care utilizing wound vacs and manage patient needs in bone marrow transplant situations.
Administer medications and treatment protocols as guided by health regulations.
