Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Acute Rehabilitation Duration: Traveler Assignment Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience; inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS required, ACLS required Must-Have: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Traveler must have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment Possesses thorough knowledge of nursing principles Ability to provide quality patient care Ability to assess patient's needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual Recognize safety issues for self and others Implement safe lifting or patient moving techniques Ability to function well in stressful situations Strong problem-solving skills Description: Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and document outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams. Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans. Maintain compliance with facility policies and nursing standards. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate. May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse. Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
