Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: 3x12s (36 hrs/week)
Weekend: Every other weekend
Float: May float within system

Responsibilities:

Provide Med Surg / Rehab patient care
Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Document care using EPIC EMR
Float within units as needed
