Description:
48 hours guaranteed preferred.
Two units with a total of 30 beds.
Patient ratios are 1:5.
Unit staffing includes Patient Care Technicians when census is 9 or above.
No unit secretary is available.
Equipment includes gait belts, patient alarms, and patient lifts.
Documentation system is Meditech.
Scheduling requirements involve three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
No on-call requirements exist.
Agency floats are utilized first.
Advanced skills are not required.
General dress code is navy blue scrub top with navy blue or black bottoms.
