Travel Nurse RN - Rehab - $42 per hour in Portland, OR

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation Facility (Per Diem)

ATC Healthcare is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem opportunities within rehabilitation facilities. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life following illness, injury, surgery, or other medical conditions. Nurses will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress toward recovery goals
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Assist with care planning and promote patient independence and functional improvement
• Monitor for changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Rehabilitation, Med-Surg, Skilled Nursing, or Acute Care experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team
