Job Summary
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor Nurse Oklahoma. This inpatient rehabilitation position involves developing and implementing total nursing care for patients by assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans. The role requires working collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team members to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in a clinical setting, providing care to a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS, NIH
• Education Requirements/Certifications: Oklahoma state license, BLS, NIH certifications required.
• Experience Requirements: 2 years rehabilitation experience and inpatient rehabilitation experience are required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: All compliance must be turned in one week prior to starting.
• Clinical Responsibilities: Develop and implement nursing care plans, assess patient needs, provide leadership within the care team, and maintain standards for professional practice in a clinical setting.
• Requirements: Candidates must have an active Oklahoma state license.
• Additional Information: Work includes some weekends and possible holidays if scheduled within the contract window.
