The patient care professional, registered nurse (RN), will provide inpatient rehabilitation services at a dedicated rehabilitation hospital located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The position involves caring for a diverse patient population including individuals recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and other neurological and physical conditions. This role offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility specializing in customized, intensive rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's recovery needs.

Job Details:

• Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania
• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, with an every-other-weekend requirement
• Number of Openings: 1
• Required Qualifications: PA nursing license or accepted license from a compact state; BLS certification; 0 years of experience or more; ability to work night shifts.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in rehabilitation or acute care; compassionate personality suited for patient-centered care.
• Additional Information: This role requires working in a 59-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:6 or 1:7. The facility utilizes equipment such as Hoyer lifts, glucometers, and INR machines, and employs the Epic electronic health record system.
