Position Details

- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Float: Required between rehabilitation units within the hospital
Unit Information
- 81 private patient rooms
- Five specialty rehabilitation units:
- Stroke
- Comprehensive Rehabilitation
- Medically Complex
- Brain Injury
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:
- Days: Approximately 1:6–7
- Nights: Approximately 1:8
- Dedicated Patient Care Technician assigned to each nurse
- Patient Population: Adults (18 years and older)
- Electronic Medical Record: Epic
Requirements
- Active Missouri RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- BLS (CPR) certification required
- CRRN (Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse) preferred
- Flexible, collaborative, and positive attitude
- Willingness to float between rehabilitation units as needed
