Travel Nurse RN - School Nurse - $980 per week in Lisle, IL

Will perform medical procedures not typically provided by regular teacher assistants. Will maintain students in the least restrictive environment. Will actively participate as a member of the educational team in providing services to students. Will work under the supervision of the Certified School Nurse assigned to the student's program. The physical demands of this role include standing and walking for extended periods, up to 4-6 hours per day. Ability to sit for up to 2-4 hours during instruction or meetings. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and assist students as needed. Ability to reach, grasp, and handle materials and classroom equipment. Ability to bend or kneel to assist students and retrieve materials. Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively with students and staff. Ability to write, type, and use teaching tools and technology. Ability to support students with physical needs or disabilities.
