13-Week Contract | Day Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours
Seeking an experienced **Registered Nurse (RN)** for a travel assignment in the
**Skilled Nursing Unit**. Join a compassionate team providing exceptional care to
patients in a sub-acute skilled nursing environment.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3 Years RN experience and Active Wisconsin RN License
• Current BLS (CPR) Certification
• Education verification required
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Ability to float to other inpatient units as needed based on census
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• 13-week contract
• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• No on-call
• W-2 employment only (No 1099)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC EMR
• Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide patient and family education
• Float to other inpatient units as required to support patient care
