Travel Endoscopy / Special Procedures Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: York, Maine
Contract: 13 Weeks
☀️ Schedule: 4 × 9-Hour Day Shifts | 6:30 AM–4:00 PM | Variable Shifts
Call: Call Rotation Required
⏱️ Hours: 36 Hours/Week
We're seeking an experienced Endoscopy / Special Procedures Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This role requires strong procedural nursing skills along with critical care and/or endoscopy experience.
✅ Requirements
Active Maine RN License
Minimum 5 years of RN experience
Minimum 1–2 years of Critical Care and/or Endoscopy experience
Current ACLS Certification
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Strong procedural nursing and patient-care skills
Ability to participate in the required call rotation
Clinical Experience
Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic and special procedures
Assist with patient preparation, monitoring, and recovery
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
Apply critical-care nursing skills when required
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide safe, patient-centered care throughout the procedural process
Assignment Highlights
36 hours per week
Four 9-hour daytime shifts
Call rotation required
Holiday coverage may be required
