Employment Type: Travel
Shift: 3x12, 7 PM–7 AM
Schedule: Weekend & holiday rotation
Duties: Assessments, treatments, medication administration, care planning, patient education and discharge
Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care, delegate to support staff, monitor patient changes and collaborate with the care team
Focus: Patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care
Other: Quality improvement, documentation and maintaining nursing standards
