✅ Minimum 2 years of RN experience (including 1 year of Stepdown/PCU experience) ✅ At least 1 previous travel assignment ✅ Active Compact RN License ✅ AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required ✅ Recent EPIC experience required ✅ Must pass telemetry interpretation testing
Required Skills:
Telemetry interpretation
Titration of insulin, heparin, and cardiac drips
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Experience caring for Stepdown/PCU patients
Patient Population:
Sepsis
CHF & COPD
DKA
Cirrhosis
Dementia
Post-op Urology, Abdominal & Orthopedic patients
Highlights:
36 guaranteed hours (48-hour contracts available upon request)
Excellent teamwork with experienced nursing staff
Every 3rd weekend rotation
Floating within skill set may include nearby affiliated campuses
