Position Summary 13- or 18-week winter travel contract for an IMC/Stepdown Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include managing targeted patient ratios of 1:4 (up to 1:5–6), caring for patients with stable chronic ventilators, and charting via Epic EMR. Mandatory floating is required across Premier Health campuses (Dayton main campus, Centerville south campus, and Englewood north campus).
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1.5 years of experience required (Level I or II trauma experience preferred; travel experience preferred)
Required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS (IV start preferred)
Active state RN license or compact license accepted (candidates with past license disciplinary action will not be accepted)
Compliance & Submission Rules: Strict 50-mile local radius rule (no local travelers accepted); all RTO must be requested with initial submittal (maximum 14 days allowed per contract); mandatory disclosure of any prior Premier Health permanent/PRN employment or agency tenure within the last 6 months
