Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, every other weekend required
Highlights:
- Progressive Care Unit experience with mixed acuity levels including pre and post-surgical patients
- Patient population includes adults with various medical diagnoses and PCU-level acuity
- Daily census of 25-32 patients in a 32-room unit
- Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy
- First-time travelers welcome; minimum 1 year of PCU experience required
- 36 hours of orientation provided
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Epic charting system experience required
- Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- Proficiency in skills including cardiac telemetry, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line management, BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV insulin protocols, cardiac drips, PICC line management, and wound care
- 2 professional references required, including at least 1 from a manager/director or formal supervisor
- Willingness to float within the organization as needed
- Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
