• Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care, assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Perform comprehensive physical, psychological, social, developmental, and discharge assessments.
• Review labs/diagnostics, identify abnormal findings, and communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care and discharge plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide care according to physician orders, nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff as appropriate.
• Provide patient/family education and evaluate response to treatment and progress toward goals.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, shared leadership, precepting, and mentoring as applicable.
• Requirements: Current RN license/compact license and BLS.
• Travel/Registry: Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience, including RN experience in the applicable specialty within the past 12 months.
• Preferred: BSN and relevant professional certification.
