Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown - $2,362 per week in Terre Haute, IN

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Acuity Adaptable Unit – Indiana

Start Date: September 6, 2026

Location: Terre Haute, Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling available; 3-4 weekend shifts required per 4-week period; holiday rotation includes two summer and two winter holidays

Highlights:

• 18-bed Acuity Adaptable Unit with flexible ICU and intermediate care levels of care
• Nurse-to-patient ratios vary by acuity: ICU level 2:1, IMC level 3:1 or 4:1
• Common patient diagnoses include cardiac, stroke, respiratory failure, DKA, and sepsis
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and drip titration required
• EPIC charting system with RT support available on every shift
• Hospitalist in-house 24/7 with dedicated charge nurse serving as rapid response resource

Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• ICU training or IMC/PCU stepdown experience required
• Telemetry interpretation and monitoring experience
• Experience with drip titration and ventilator troubleshooting
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility location
