Pay: $2,390.04 per week

Shifts: 36 hrs guaranteed, Every Other Weekend & Every Other Holiday

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Step-Down RN for a travel assignment in Auburn, NY. This role requires a dedicated and knowledgeable nurse with expertise in cardiac and respiratory care within a high-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the Step-Down RN

Post-heart cath care and TR bands monitoring
Monitoring post-vascular procedures, including frequent vital signs and neurovascular checks
Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
IV start and maintenance, including PICC line management
Administration of blood products and emergency medications
BiPAP/CPAP management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements of the Step-Down RN

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
2+ years of recent Step-Down experience
Experience with cardiac/telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia management
Proficiency in using Allscripts and Pyxis medication systems
Competency in isolation precautions and infection prevention
