Skills: Insulin and Cardizem titration; chemotherapy, heparin, Cardizem; high-flow oxygen
Radius Rule:50 miles — permanent address must be outside 50 miles; driver’s license used to determine radius
Employment Restriction: Cannot be currently full-time, part-time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI/Dignity
Other: Flu vaccine required with no exceptions; artificial nails prohibited in patient-care areas
Contract: 13 weeks
Orientation/Testing: Clinical + manager interview; pass/fail exam during orientation with 90% minimum required
