Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN for a Stepdown Travel role specializing in neuro stepdown/progressive patient care in Fort Wayne, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with previous neuro experience to work in an acute care setting, ensuring high-quality patient care and utilizing advanced medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Care for neuro stepdown/progressive patients
• Drip titration as experienced; otherwise, float to Medsurg/tele units
• Utilize EPIC charting system and advanced equipment like PYXIS and Philips Monitors
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3-4:1 on Progressive and 4-5:1 on Medsurg
• Float to like units when necessary, ensuring high standards of quality care

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• IN or compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification (can be obtained before starting)
• Previous neuro experience and two years of PCU or Stepdown experience
