Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse/ Surgical Stepdown RN- Provide high-quality patient care for post-surgical patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Requirements of the Registered Nurse/ Surgical Stepdown RN- AHA BLS certification required at time of submission
- Active KS or Multistate RN license with no negative history
- Minimum 1-year progressive care/step down experience required
- ADN or BSN in Nursing
