Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Stepdown for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. This role requires expertise in Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU), with a focus on delivering high-standard patient care in a dynamic environment. Candidates must be prepared to float as needed and navigate a variety of complex patient cases.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown- Provide care for patients with common diagnoses like neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory conditions such as COPD, DKA, sepsis, and MI.
- Manage specialty equipment including temp pacers, chest tubes, A lines, and Bipap.
- Collaborate with respiratory therapy for chronic ventilation management.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling needs and assist across units as required.
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown- Active NY RN license & NURSYS report verification
- 2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Experience with EPIC EMR
