Job Title: RN - Stepdown - Travel

Location: Bridgeport, WV

Pay: $2,463.48 per week

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a, including every-other-weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking an RN specializing in Stepdown for a travel assignment in Bridgeport, WV. This role involves working in an acute care setting within a higher acuity telemetry unit. The RN will be responsible for providing care to cardiac patients and those recovering from specific surgeries.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel
  • Provide patient care for cardiac patients and those with respiratory failure, post-OP lung surgeries, and more.
  • Titrate occasional cardiac drips, including Cardizem, Amiodarone, Dobutamine, and others.
  • Interpret and manage telemetry monitoring systems with the ability to read patient strips.
  • Coordinate with a charge nurse and monitor techs to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Participate in a team nursing system with CNAs to manage patient care efficiently.

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel
  • Valid and current RN licensure
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Ability to titrate drips and read telemetry strips
  • Experience in a high-acuity telemetry or stepdown unit
