Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown Travel assignment in Wheeling, WV. The role is based in an Acute care setting within the Intermediate Care Unit. As a travel nurse, you will be integral to providing quality care and supporting the team with patient assessments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit
- Manage and assess patients' symptoms and progress
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Interpret and manage telemetry and vital signs
- Collaborate with clinical assistants and supporting staff
- Float as necessary to Tele or MedSurg units with applicable patient ratios
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel- Valid RN license with submission willingness
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
- Experience with drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, and others
