Seven Healthcare are seeking an RN - Stepdown for a travel assignment in Morgantown, WV. This role involves working in a dynamic acute care environment handling both medical-surgical and step-down patients. Opportunities are available for both new and experienced nurses, with EPIC system experience required.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown- Provide care to both floor and step-down patients
- Manage nurse to patient ratios of 6:1 (med-surg) or 3:1 (stepdown)
- Titrate drips including heparin, insulin, and anti-hypertensives
- Utilize EPIC for patient charting
- Collaborate with Clinical Associates to maintain effective care delivery
- Participate in floating to other floor/stepdown units as needed
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown- Valid RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)
- Experience with EPIC system
- Ability to titrate various drips
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
