Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled RN specialized in Stepdown to join a dynamic team in a travel role within Weirton, WV. This position requires working in an acute care setting, providing healthcare services to patients with a variety of conditions in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel- Provide care for cardiac patients, including those post-pneumonia and post-cath lab
- Manage patients undergoing ETOH-CIWA protocols and pacemaker management
- Administer and adjust cardiac drips such as cardizem, amiodarone, nitroglycerin, heparin, dopamine, dobutamine, and angiomax
- Perform ADLs, vitals, bathing, toileting, feeding, repositioning, and respond to call lights
- Read and interpret telemetry, print strips, perform measurements, and identify rhythms
- Work collaboratively with RT staff, troubleshoot respiratory equipment as appropriate
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/PCU experience
- Proficient in cardiac monitoring and titrating cardiac drips
