Registered Nurse (RN) – HVTI Stepdown Unit

Facility: Main Campus Hospital
Unit: HVTI-Stepdown Unit (Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED to care for same patient population)
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts ONLY
Shift: Rotating Day/Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
(Shifts may vary based on operational needs. Facility will try to honor preferred shift but reserves the right to rotate if necessary.)

Position Overview

Main Campus Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the HVTI-Stepdown Unit. The ideal candidate will have recent Stepdown or Progressive Care experience and be comfortable floating to similar patient care units as needed.

Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments
  • Minimum 18 months of recent Stepdown experience required
    (Travel experience accepted)
  • PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred but not required
  • Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License required at time of submission
  • Current AHA or client-approved BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Additional Information
  • AUTO OFFER Position
  • Traveler must work at least every other holiday
  • ECG Rhythm Recognition Test and SafeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation; passing scores required
  • Qualivis – Lotus system will be used for timekeeping and submitting hours worked
  • Floating may be required based on hospital needs
