Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown - $2,660 per week in Reno, NV

**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses in the Intermediate Care Unit - Nights!** **Job Description:** - **Role:** Registered Nurse (RN) - **Department/Cost Center:** Intermediate Care Unit - 200155 - **Shift:** 3x12, Nights - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Call Requirements:** None **Licenses and Certifications Required:** - NV RN License (required prior to start) - BLS, ACLS, NIHSS **Experience Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of IMC/Stepdown experience - Medical/Neuro ICU experience preferred - Proficient with vasopressors, titratable drips, arterial lines, neuro-stepdown patients, procedural sedation, thrombolytics, and trach management - Must pass ECG/Telemetry exam for travel assignments (reading/interpreting rhythm strips) - Prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment is required **Unit Overview:** - 18-bed Intermediate Care Unit focused on patients with severe, non-life-threatening issues - Care for a variety of general medical disease processes including post ischemic/hemorrhagic strokes, sepsis, cardiac, and respiratory cases - Goal: Provide clinical excellence and exceptional customer service in a collaborative, multidisciplinary, patient-centered environment **Additional Information:** - May require floating to other areas based on organizational needs - Flexible scheduling that may include weekends and holidays - Travelers must be available to work 2 of the 3 major holidays **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
