Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Stepdown care for a travel assignment in Weirton, WV. This role offers a dynamic acute care environment, catering to patients with cardiac conditions, post-pneumonia care, and more. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown- Provide care for patients with cardiac conditions, seizures, pacemakers, and CIWA protocols
- Monitor and manage cardiac drips and titratable medications
- Collaborate with on-call attending and noturnist professionals
- Interpret telemetry strips and identify rhythms
- Assist respiratory therapy with troubleshooting equipment
- Perform ADLs, monitor vitals, and deliver patient care tasks efficiently
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown- Valid RN license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/PCU experience
- Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and administration of cardiac drips
