As part of the MedSurg/Tele Float Pool, you will be providing care across several units, including 6N and 7N. Key Responsibilities of the MedSurg/Tele Float Pool RN- Provide care across various units, including 6N, 7N, and Critical Care
- Manage a varied patient load with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6
- Interpret and read telemetry strips
- Attend to patients with diagnoses such as CHF, pneumonia, and COPD
- Report to the clinical coordinator for shift assignments
Requirements of the MedSurg/Tele Float Pool RN- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Successful completion of a cardiac rhythm exam
