GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Winchester, Massachusetts.
12H night shift, every other weekend
Every other weekend will be required. (Weekends for days - Sat and Sun, weekends for nights will be Fri, Sat, Sun).
Floating occurs in 4-hour blocks while on shift – while floating every 4 hours is rare, it could happen.
BLS-AHA required. ACLS-AHA and NIHSS are preferred.
MUST BE ABLE TO TITRATE PRESSORS – please include in the write-up. Level 1 trauma experience is preferred. If no prior travel, level 1 trauma will be required. An epic experience is required. Ratios will be between 1:3-5 and will be expected to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU and other boarding units.
Day one pass/fail testing will be administered. Relias practice tests will be available via Relias.
