Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Provide direct nursing care to patients who require a higher level of monitoring than a general medical-surgical unit but do not require intensive care. Assess, monitor, and document patients’ vital signs, neurological status, cardiac rhythms, and overall clinical condition. Monitor patients using telemetry and recognize abnormal cardiac rhythms or changes in patient status. Administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Documents Required :- MUST HAVE 12 months PERM experience in specialty applying for. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
