RN Step-down | Dayton, Ohio | $4,033.00/week

• Contract Duration: 13 or 18 weeks
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30); options for 36 or 48 hours
• Holidays & Weekends: Must work a minimum of every other weekend and holiday

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required (1.5+ years and Level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred); previous charge experience preferred.
• Clinical Skills: Must have experience with stable chronic ventilators; IV start preferred.
• Charting System: Epic (Required)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (Preferred certs: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS)
• Assessments: Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment prior to starting.

Patient Ratios & Floating Details

• Patient Ratios: Targeted at 1:4 but can range up to 1:5–6.
• Floating Policy: Travelers are first to float at Premier’s discretion within specialty clusters.
• Locations: Assignments or floating may include the Main Campus (Dayton), South Campus (Centerville, <10 miles away), or North Campus (Englewood, <15 miles away).
