You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions. Strong clinical skills in critical care and surgical nursing are essential. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role requires proficiency in various medical procedures and the management of invasive devices. Knowledge of medication administration and the use of electronic medical records is necessary. Floating to different units may be required depending on patient care needs.
