Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse:
- Deliver safe, high-quality care to Neuro SICU patients during day shifts
- Monitor neurological and hemodynamic status, responding rapidly to changes
- Administer medications, infusions, and advanced therapies as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation per hospital policies
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements of the Travel Nurse:
- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional Neuro or Critical Care certs a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years' recent Neuro ICU or Critical Care experience
