Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Interventional Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years RN Cardiac/Surgical ICU experience; experience in Cardiovascular Interventional Lab (Cath and/or EP labs) License: RN License Certifications: BLS and ACLS Must-Have: ICU experience Cardiac Cath and/or EP Lab experience Moderate sedation experience Description: The Cardiovascular Interventional Lab consists of Cath and EP labs. The services included in the lab focus on coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, peripheral artery disease, adult congenital heart disease, and aortic disease. The lab operates eleven procedure rooms for diagnostic and interventional procedures. On-call requirements include weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum 30-minute response time.
