Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in Telemetry is responsible for monitoring patients’ vital signs, identifying abnormal findings, and responding to emergency situations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' heart rates and report changes to the medical team.
• Administer medication and provide routine care as prescribed.
• Maintain clear and accurate patient records.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Active IL RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• 2+ years of recent experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Completion of a travel contract
